How do I Get Started?

We are eager to help you sell your Park Model or RV quickly and at the best price. Here is what you can expect of the process:

Contact us by giving us a call at 928-503-1681 or leaving a message below and we will get back to you within 2 business days.

What can I expect after I contact you?

Once you’ve contacted us, we will come to meet you to assess your Park Model or RV or you can bring your RV to our lot.

  • Next, we will appraise your Park Model or RV based on similar park model sales in the area or Blue Book value and local valuation.
  • We discuss a fair selling price and commission and sign a consignment agreement.
  • We will present you with a quote for cleaning and maintenance/service fees and prepare your Park Model or RV for sale by having it detailed, deep cleaned, and serviced.
  • We list your Park Model or RV on this website and advertise in local papers.
  • We can hold open houses for your Park Model or RV, which helps to get it sold quickly!

Do I have to leave my RV with you?
You have the option to hold on to your RV or to leave it in our secured, private lot. If you choose to keep your RV, we can still hold an open house for your RV and can still give you the same level of service whether it is parked on our secure lot or stays with you.

We will coordinate all requests to show your RV with you and schedule showings that work for you!

Do you have a minimum timeframe for consignment?

No! We do not have a minimum or maximum timeframe for listing your consignment!

We will work diligently to sell your Park Model or RV, but if you decide you would like to hang on to it a little longer and would like to end the consignment process, you are free to do so. The only charges you will incur will be the cleaning and servicing fees that you were quoted in the beginning of the consignment process.

How often will you be available to show my Listing?

We are available 7 days a week to show your Park Model or RV.

Our hours are by appointment and we will schedule showings based on your availability as well.
